Information We Collect

• Usage Analytics — Our website uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service. It collects page views, referrer URLs, browser type, and approximate region. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Detection Corrections — When you fix a BPM or key and "Share corrections" is on in Settings, the app sends the detected and corrected values, the detection confidence, the app version, and your platform. Nothing that identifies you, your machine, or the file is included. Turn the setting off to stop sharing.
• Crash Reports — Crash reports are sent automatically to Sentry containing only technical diagnostic data (stack traces, OS version, app version). Hostnames and machine identifiers are stripped before transmission. No personal data, audio files, download history, or clipboard contents are included.

The RIPsum Application

RIPsum runs locally on your computer. Downloaded audio files remain on your machine and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not collect, access, or analyze your audio files, download history, or library contents.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

RIPsum is free and has no accounts, so we hold no names, emails, or payment details. Anonymous detection corrections and crash reports are kept to improve the app. If you email us for support, you may request deletion of that correspondence at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
